Our next Food Manager’s class will take place on Monday, March 24, 2025. The cost is $125.00 and the certification is good for 5 years.

Class is from 9 AM to 4 PM at Hardin County Annex, 1135 Redwood, Kountze, TX 77625. Please RSVP at 409-617-4343 or at: info.healthinspections@co.hardin.tx.us

It is recommended to bring a laptop or tablet if you have one available for taking your test. You will receive study materials for the class.

FOOD HANDLER CLASS IS OFFERED 24/7 ONLINE FOR $15.00 AND THAT IS GOOD FOR TWO YEARS.

This application is for anyone needing a Food Establishment Permit for Hardin County.

Form for any festival or event to be held in Hardin County. These may be paid for at the event, online or in our office. You may get a Temporary Permit for one event or for the year. If you already have a Food Establishment or Catering Permit you will not have to obtain this permit for a Hardin County event. For all events participants are subject to inspection.
